The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year vacation. It was conveniently located near the bus stop, which made it easy for us to explore the area with the free bus pass provided by the hotel. The ski school attached to the hotel was a huge advantage for us as we wanted to learn how to ski. The facilities were well-planned, especially the gym and indoor playground, which kept the kids entertained. We also enjoyed the pool after a long day of skiing.
One of the main drawbacks of our stay was the poorly equipped kitchen in our apartment. We were missing basic utensils like stirring spoons, a small knife, and a sieve.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop, making it easy to access other areas. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with fast and stable hot water in both the kitchen and bathroom. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. the swimming pool is large and not crowded, and the sauna area is beautifully designed. the playground offers entertainment for children, with a trampoline, slide, and ping pong tables.
The kitchenware provided in the room is limited, with only two burners on the stove and old pans. No dish soap is provided, making it less convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with squeaky clean rooms and a beautifully designed sauna area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-planned spa, swimming pool, and playing area for children. the staff were friendly and helpful in both the restaurant and reception.

It was situated near several major ski lifts and had stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. the pool was also a highlight for us, as it was large and not busy, giving us ample space to enjoy some privacy.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price, and we felt we could have received more variety and better quality elsewhere. This put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable stay.
